This policy explains how Rosebud Ventures LTD may collect and use personal information through its UK healthcare staffing and recruitment website and direct contact channels.

Last updated: 8 April 2026

Who we are

Rosebud Ventures LTD is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17085096. Its registered office is 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom.

For data protection purposes, Rosebud Ventures LTD is the controller of personal information handled through this website and related enquiries. Privacy and data protection enquiries can be sent to info@rosebudventures.co.uk or raised by phone on +44 7495 592883.

What information we may collect

When you contact Rosebud, we may collect your name, contact details, organisation name, role, enquiry details, communication history, and any information you choose to provide by phone, email, WhatsApp, or another direct channel.

For candidate enquiries, this may include role interests, work history, CV information, qualifications, training, availability, right-to-work information, references, professional registrations, and suitability information relevant to healthcare staffing and recruitment.

Where it is necessary and lawful for a healthcare staffing process, Rosebud may handle more sensitive information such as health or adjustment information, background check information, or safeguarding-related suitability information. This information is only requested when it is genuinely needed for the relevant role, legal requirement, or staffing process.

If you allow analytics cookies, the website may also process limited technical and usage information such as page views, approximate location, device or browser data, referrer information, and interaction data through analytics tools. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

How we use personal information

Rosebud uses personal information to respond to enquiries, understand employer staffing requirements, discuss candidate opportunities, assess suitability, arrange next steps, keep recruitment and business records, manage service quality, and protect the business from misuse or legal risk.

Where visitors consent, Rosebud may also use analytics information to understand website traffic, improve page performance, measure which pages are most useful, and support future marketing decisions.

Rosebud does not use the public website as a direct care service or medical advice channel. Any recruitment or staffing discussion is subject to further checks, eligibility, client requirements, and separate engagement terms.

Lawful bases for processing

Rosebud may rely on contract or pre-contract steps when dealing with recruitment, staffing, or service enquiries; legitimate interests when managing a responsive recruitment business, communicating with employers and candidates, and protecting the website; legal obligation where records or checks are required by law; and consent where a specific optional use requires it.

Website analytics and any future advertising or marketing cookies rely on consent where UK cookie and data protection rules require it.

Where special category data or criminal offence data is needed, Rosebud will only process it with a valid UK GDPR condition and any additional legal basis required under UK data protection law.

Who information may be shared with

Rosebud may share relevant information with prospective employers, hirers, candidates, referees, payroll or accounting providers, IT and hosting providers, analytics providers such as Google where analytics is enabled with consent, email and phone providers, WhatsApp or other communication platforms, professional advisers, insurers, regulators, and public authorities where necessary.

Candidate information is only shared with hiring organisations or placement partners where this is relevant to a staffing or recruitment opportunity and is handled in line with the applicable recruitment process.

International transfers

Some service providers used for communication, hosting, email, analytics, or WhatsApp may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, Rosebud uses providers that apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers where required by UK data protection law.

How long information is kept

Rosebud keeps personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, including enquiry handling, recruitment administration, business records, legal obligations, accounting, dispute management, and regulatory requirements.

As indicative periods, general enquiries that do not progress are usually kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Candidate or recruitment enquiries that do not progress are usually kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a shorter period is appropriate. Placement, contract, payroll, accounting, and compliance records may be kept for up to 6 years after the relevant relationship ends, or longer where the law requires it.

Information is reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access your personal information, ask for correction, ask for deletion, object to processing, restrict processing, request portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise your rights, contact info@rosebudventures.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how your personal information is handled.

Updates to this policy

Rosebud may update this policy if the website starts using new analytics, enquiry forms, candidate portals, job application workflows, marketing tools, or other systems that change how personal information is collected or used.
